Hair arrived in a timely manner via UPS, which I prefer over DHL. The hair did not have a bad odor, the hair did not have short pieces of hair, the hair did not tangle when I wet it and it seemed to be good hair; I will reorder again.
I communicated with the seller to get the hair in different lengths and I received a response but didn't get the hair in the lengths I wanted but the hair is a very good quality hair and I'm very satisfied with the quality.

Hair is amazing. Holds curl with wand or flexi rods, there are a few flyaways and no tangling. Not sure if natural curl patter will return when washed though.
