I recieved my order within 3 days. I was really impressed with the quality of the hair and there's really more hair in the bundles than it appears once the hair is installed. I thought I was going to have some problems with the customer service at first but everything worked out perfectly. I will definitely order from this vendor/company again.
This hair is not ideal for the price but my dissatisfaction resulted in a partial refund.
Second time ordering this hair, AMAZING..Ordered a 16, 18, 20 3/12 on a wed and got it friday...speedy delivery...got it installed that same day...everybody loves this hair...its so soft and pretty....my 20 inch almost touch my butt lol and im 5'4...but beautiful hair and will keep being a customer :)

I ve received my hair yesterday and I am very happy with it. I ve already installed it and I like it very much. I haven't dyed it yet to see if it will last but for now it is just perfect. The hair is great no shedding. I would definately buy from this seller again. Shipping and delivery services done by a good carrier. Very fast.!!!
